Hopback Summer Lightening 5%
A trendsetter in the brewing industry; the original Summer ale brewed all year round. An extremely pleasant bitter, straw coloured beer with a terrific fresh, hoppy aroma.  This, coupled with an intense bitterness, leads to an excellent long, dry finish.
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 5.6%
Its unique piney and grapefruit aromas come from the use of whole-cone American hops.  it is - as it always has been - all natural, bottle conditioned and refreshingly bold.
Hopback Golden Best 3.5%
Golden, with the sort of light clean tasty quality which makes an ideal session beer.  It has a hoppy aroma leading to a good, dry finish.

A dry white wine style drink made from pure apple juice, honey and elderflower. A refreshingly flowery nose coupled with a sprightly acidity, followed by a honey .
Hecks Mead 14% Sweet
A full on honey hit with a kick.

Wally's G'n'T - In a nod to the slight apple obsession of the brain behind Wally’s we have a different twist on the classic G’n’t!

Chase apple gin is mixed with Handmade Verjuice, tonic and a slice of apple to create an unusual but exciting taste combination.

B'ramble - If you ramble up to Wally’s, this is definitely one to try.  Tanqueray gin, Chambord blackberry liqueur and lemon served long over crushed ice.

Brit 75 - This is Wally’s take on the classic French 75. 

The clean crisp notes from Tanqueray gin are combined with lemon and prosecco, then sweetened with sugar syrup to create this beautifully refreshing drink, perfect for celebrating.

Elderflower gin fizz - St Germain elderflower liqueur, lemon and the extremely tasty Martin Miller gin with soda – simple.  What more do we need to say?

Hix Fix - Somerset Cider Brandy Co. cherries in Prosecco.
